What does Ever & Kae Pageant Rentals offer?
We offer high-quality pageant rentals for babies, toddlers, and young girls including Beauty Wear, OOC (Outfit of Choice), Fun Fashion, Accessories & Jewelry. We proudly ship nationwide across the USA.
How do I book a rental?
You can book directly through our website at www.everandkaepageantrentals.com. If you need help choosing sizing or styles, message us anytime through our Facebook page.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide variety of pageant sizes including infant, 6/12 months, 12/2, 18/3, 2/4, 3/5, and long gowns beginning at size 2.. Measurements are listed with each item on our website, and most have videos to show all products in their entirety and shape.
Can I reserve an outfit before paying in full?
Yes, 50% of the rental fee is required when booking. This is non-refundable if you cancel or do not pay the remaining balance. For new rental customers a $25 refundable deposit will be charged on your final invoice. When your rental is returned in the box it was mailed in, shipped back to us using UPS Ground, and without any damage this will be refunded.
When will my rental ship?
All rentals ship the Monday before your scheduled pageant weekend using UPS Ground. Tracking information will be provided once your rental ships. If Monday is a holiday, we will ship on Friday if possible, or on Tuesday following the Monday holiday.
What are your shipping costs?
Due to rising fuel and shipping costs nationwide, UPS shipping expenses have increased significantly — especially for rural delivery areas.
Ever & Kae will continue covering the standard UPS Ground shipping cost for your rental. However, any UPS “Delivery Area Surcharges” for remote locations will be billed to the customer prior to shipment.
Shipping expenses for customer for shipment on May 18:
- Standard UPS Ground : $14
- Rural Delivery Area Surcharge: $16
- Total Shipping Cost: Approximately $30+
To help lower shipping costs, we recommend shipping to a trusted address in town or a non-rural location whenever possible. This can greatly reduce additional UPS fees.
When do rentals need to be returned?
Rentals must be mailed back the Monday following your pageant by 12:00 PM EST unless otherwise discussed. Packages should be returned using UPS Ground.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
What happens if my rental is returned late?
If your rental is not returned on time, without proper proof of shipping date through UPS Ground, your $25 deposit will not be refunded. Timely returns help us i outfits for the next little queen.
Can I wash, steam, or alter the outfit?
No. Please do not wash, steam, alter, or repair any rental items unless specifically instructed by us.
What if my child damages the outfit?
Accidents happen! Please contact us immediately if damage occurs so we can discuss the next steps. Damage fee cost will depend on the severity of the damage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Affirm, Afterpay, and Shop Pay. Some payment plan options may include additional processing fees.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer budget-friendly payment options through Affirm and Afterpay.
Do you sell jewelry and accessories?
Yes! We now offer pageant jewelry and accessories available through our website and TikTok Shop.
