Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid late fees, damage charges, or replacement costs.
Shipping & Return Timeline
All rentals are shipped via UPS Ground using Pirate Ship on the Monday before your scheduled pageant weekend. Rentals must be shipped the following Monday and mailed out by 12:00 PM (EST). Packages must be received by us no later than Friday of that same week.
A $50 fee will be assessed if the rental is shipped late, returned using a carrier other than UPS Ground, or not received by the required return deadline.

Packaging
• Use the original box unless it was damaged.
• If damaged, use a new sturdy box.
• Do not wash, steam, alter, or repair the outfit unless instructed.
• Include all accessories and remove personal items.
Condition
Rentals must be returned in the same condition received, free of new damage, stains, or odors.
Shipping & Tracking
• Purchase your return label through Priate Ship (online), or at the UPS Store or authorized UPS third party.
• Keep your receipt and tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
• Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals is not responsible for lost returns without tracking or insurance.

Lost or Late Returns
The renter is fully responsible for the timely return of all rental items. Any package not returned using UPS Ground with valid tracking information will be considered lost, and the full replacement value of the rental item(s) will be charged to the payment method on file.
If a return shipment is delayed, misrouted, or lost while in transit with UPS, and the shipment was sent without adequate insurance, the renter will be responsible for replacement costs, additional rental fees, and/or shipping charges.
Returns shipped using any carrier other than UPS Ground are sent at the renter’s risk. In such cases, if the rental item is lost, delayed, or not received by Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals by the date noted in the rental agreement, the full replacement value of the item(s) will be charged to the renter.
