Shipping FAQ – Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals
When will my rental be shipped?
Rentals ship on the Monday before your scheduled pageant date. We ship by Pirate Ship. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. If a holiday falls on a Monday, shipments will go out on Saturday if your rental is available to ship. If it has not been received yet from the previous renter, it will go out on Tuesday morning.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your rental has shipped.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Most rentals will ship in one shipment. But in some cases, if your rental includes multiple items or items coming from a previous renter, packages may arrive separately. Tracking will be provided for each shipment.
Who pays for shipping?
Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals covers shipping to you. The renter is responsible for returning the rental or shipping it to the next renter if instructed. Return shipping is ONLY to be mailed by UPS Ground. If shipped by any other carrier, a $50 fee will be charged. No UPS Ground saver, Priority Mail, or USPS (the Post Office). All of these shipping methods take up to 7-10 days, so your rental will not be received in time if shipped using one of them.
What shipping carriers can I use for returns?
Returns must be shipped using UPS Ground. USPS (the post office), USPS Ground Saver, and Priority Mail are not allowed. Keep your tracking receipt until we have received it for your records.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If a package is lost and insufficient insurance was purchased, the renter is responsible for the replacement cost. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control may occur, and we will communicate if issues arise.
