Rental Terms and Conditions
By reserving or renting any item from Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals, you are entering into a legally binding rental agreement and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this agreement carefully before booking. Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and any such changes may apply to future rentals.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits
All rental deposits are non-refundable. We are holding this rental for you, and therefore, no one else can book it. If the rental is paid in full and later cancelled, half of the rental price will be issued as rental credit at the discretion of Ever and Kae Pageant Rentals.
If a pageant is cancelled or rescheduled, the original deposit cannot be transferred to a new date, as the gown was reserved exclusively for the original event date. If the rental has been paid in full and the item is available on the rescheduled date, the amount paid minus the deposit may be transferred or issued as rental credit only. If no new date is announced, any eligible refund will be provided strictly as a rental credit.
Changing a reserved outfit requires a new deposit. Original deposits are forfeited and non-transferable.
No refunds or credits will be issued due to improper fit. It is the renter’s responsibility to request and confirm measurements before booking. We have listed photos or measurements of each item we rent. If the item is a corset, zip, or has some or a lot of stretch, this is also listed in the item details. Please read the item you are interested in before renting. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Before Booking
Measurements are available for all items. If measurements are not listed, please request them before booking, and measurements will be provided. If not request and your rental does not fit, refunds will not be issued. Rental items may show minor wear consistent with prior use.
Shipping & Return Timeline
All rentals are shipped via UPS Ground using Pirate Ship on the Monday before your scheduled pageant weekend. Rentals must be returned the following Monday and mailed out by 12:00 PM (EST). Packages must be received by us no later than Friday of that same week.
A $50 fee will be assessed if the rental is shipped late, returned using a carrier other than UPS Ground, and not received by Friday following the renters' pageant date.. Do not ship by USPS (the post office), UPS Ground Saver, or any other carrier.

If your rental needs to be shipped to another renter, we will provide you with that information. The same timeline applies if shipping to another renter and shipping only by UPS and FedEx. They must receive their rental by Friday following your pageant.
Damage, Loss, and Insurance
The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft of the rental item up to full replacement value.
Payments
All payments are processed through our website. Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation. We accept several forms of credit cards, Klarna, Affirm, and other payment methods for your convenience. If your rental was not paid for in full when booked, it must be paid for in full within 2-weeks before your pageant date.
